Our experienced team of nurses and care professionals come from a variety of backgrounds and have a range of specialist nursing skills enabling them to respond to our residents’ specific care needs. Support is available 24/7 and top quality care is always delivered with dedication and compassion. In addition to our amazing team, we have the latest state of the art treatment and diagnostics equipment which allow for quick and accurate care.
From helping you to get ready for the day to assisting you with taking medications, our team will provide care personalised to you so that you can maintain your freedom and independence.

Your care plan
Our bespoke care plans are carefully tailored to suit each individual resident. We will talk to you and your loved ones to ensure that all of your needs are being met, and these discussions will form the foundation of your care plan. Should your requirements change, your care plan will too, and you can be confident that you’re always in control.
Our care team includes occupational therapists, supported by a visiting physiotherapist, who can help you with the skills you need to stay independent. By developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living skills and removing physical barriers, you can live your life to the fullest.
CQC regulated
Clinical excellence is central to the success of Green Tree Court. For your reassurance, we’re overseen by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator for England and Wales. We’re very proud to have achieved a “good with outstanding in effective and responsive” rating by the CQC.
We maintain our high standards by ensuring that all staff, and the care they deliver, is overseen by qualified nurses who stay up to date with the most current training. Crucially both our managing director and home director are experienced, practising nurses who are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Our nurses have backgrounds in a range of relevant specialisms and care settings, including rehabilitation clinics and care of the elderly.
