The Green Tree Court team is made up of an expert group of clinical, therapeutic, front of house, care, and catering professionals. We are all fully-qualified and compassionate and dedicated to making Green Tree Court a special place that helps keep residents happy, healthy, and active.
We are co-owned, managed, and led by experienced nurses who use state of the art equipment for diagnostics, treatment, and care. Our specialist team attend to all aspects of our residents’ wellbeing. They take a collaborative approach to ensure that our residents’ needs are always met – from arranging activities to helping send birthday presents!
Our team has been through a rigorous recruitment process to ensure they uphold our Philosophy of Care. Along with the required skills and experience, we look for a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and our induction process helps new staff members settle in and learn all about us and how we operate.
Registered nurses
Green Tree Court is managed by a permanent team of registered nurses with extensive experience in a range of care environments. Whether devising individual care plans, making assessments or overseeing the safe, accurate administration of medication; highly qualified clinical staff diligently oversee day-to-day care for each resident.
Dedicated GP
We also have our own general practitioner, Dr. Duncan, who provides scheduled appointments for residents in the privacy of their own rooms and is also available for immediate support 24/7. Dr. Duncan is an integral part of our clinical team and works closely with residents’ own doctors and specialist consultants to ensure continuity of care.
Occupational therapist (OT)
Our full time occupational therapist (OT) ensures that all residents are assessed and supported to help increase and maintain their independence. Our OT works closely with our physiotherapist, beauty therapist, and other staff to find the best solution for each resident. This might include exercises in our gym, provision of special equipment, or other therapies – such as massage.
Physiotherapist
Residents benefit from the skills and expertise of our physiotherapist. Whether recovering from an injury, surgery, or simply maintaining mobility and cardiovascular health, our physiotherapist assesses residents’ needs and provides a programme of exercises tailored to their circumstances.
Holistic therapist
We believe that everyone deserves a little pampering and Green Tree Court is truly a place to nourish the mind, body, and soul. Residents enjoy the benefits of our relaxing spa with complimentary treatments from our holistic therapist, such as a deep tissue massage, reflexology, hot stone therapy, and aromatherapy.
Hair and beauty
We have a custom-built salon to ensure that every resident looks and feels their very best. Our compassionate and qualified hair & beauty team will attend to your needs. Whether you want your hair washed and styled, a pedicure, or a manicure, we’re here to pamper you.
